Havenline AI

Your phone, answered every hour you can't.

Havenline picks up after hours, on the job site, and when your line is already busy — finds out what the caller needs, and sends you a clear summary instead of a voicemail you'll listen to tomorrow.

See it live on a free demo. Sign up after and your first month is on us — we don't bill until month two.

The jobs you lose are the calls you never hear.

Nobody with a flooded kitchen or no heat in January waits until morning to start calling. If your line rings out, they call the next name on the list — and they almost never call back to see if you'd have picked up eventually.

During the day it's the same problem wearing a different hat. You're under a sink, on a roof, or already on the other line, and the call that would have been this week's biggest job goes to voicemail alongside the ones asking about your hours.

Work out what a missed call actually costs you

Put your own numbers in — nothing here is assumed on your behalf. Most owners find the figure is bigger than they expected, but you should check it against your own books rather than take our word for it.

Estimated revenue slipping past you each year
$83,200

Based on the numbers you entered above — nothing here is assumed on your behalf.

Havenline Essential runs $18,000 a year. Against the figure above, recovering 9 of those jobs pays for it.

An estimate to frame the conversation, not a promise of results. The demo will ground it in your actual call volume.

How it works

Three steps, built around how you already take a call. Setup takes about a week, and most of that week is us listening to how you do it now.

§1

We build your script

Written around your work — the questions you'd ask a new caller yourself, the answers that mean drop everything, and the calls that don't need you at all. You read and approve every line before it goes anywhere near a customer.

§2

Havenline answers

Every call you can't reach — after hours, on a job, or when the line's already busy — gets answered by your business name, in a voice you picked. Callers who need a person get one. You set the rules for what counts as urgent.

§3

You get a clear summary

The moment a call ends, a short write-up hits your inbox — who called, their number, what they need, when they're free — laid out the same way every time. Anything urgent gets flagged and sent straight to you, not buried in a transcript you'll never open.

Schedule a demo 15 minutes, no cost — and your first month's free if you decide to go ahead.

What it will and won't say on your behalf

It's your name answering the phone. You should know exactly what's being said with it before a single customer hears it.

What Havenline does

  • You approve every script. Nothing is said on your behalf that you haven't read and signed off on first.
  • It answers as your business. Your name, your greeting, a voice you chose — not a generic call-centre opener.
  • Urgent calls reach a person. You define what urgent means. When a call meets it, or the caller just wants a human, it goes to you rather than through a script.
  • Recordings and transcripts stay available. Ask for the audio or write-up of any call, or ask us to delete it, at any time.

What it won't do

  • Quote a price. Not a number, not a range, not a ballpark — unless you've written one into the script yourself.
  • Give advice. It gathers what happened and passes it to you. It doesn't diagnose the problem or tell anyone what to do about it.
  • Pretend to be a person. If a caller asks, it says what it is. Getting caught in that lie costs more than it ever saves.
  • Guess. When it isn't sure, it takes a message and flags the call rather than inventing an answer.

Questions owners ask us

The ones that come up most, answered plainly. If yours isn't here, ask it on the call.

Will it sound like a robot to my customers?

Fair question, and it's exactly what the demo is for. It's built to be calm and unhurried rather than chirpy, and it hands off to a person the moment a caller is upset or asks for one.

You'll hear it live on the demo, and if you sign up your first month is free — plenty of time to decide it's not for you before you've paid a cent.

What happens when it gets something wrong?

Every call is recorded and written up, so mistakes are visible instead of invisible. When something goes sideways we adjust the script — that's the ongoing work, not a one-time setup.

It's also built to fail toward a human. When it isn't confident, it takes a message and flags the call rather than guessing at an answer.

I already have an answering service.

Then you already know the problem: most of them take a name and a number and leave you to work out what the call was actually about. Havenline asks the questions you'd ask, so what lands in your inbox is enough to decide whether to get in the truck.

It also doesn't have a bad night, a shift change, or a queue at 2am.

Can it book jobs straight into my schedule?

Not on day one, and we'd rather say that now than have you find out mid-pilot. It takes down when the caller is available and sends it to you, and you confirm.

Scheduling and software integrations are something we set up with you afterwards, once we've seen how you actually book work. If that's a dealbreaker, say so on the first call.

Does it work with my job management software?

Same answer, honestly. The pilot delivers call summaries to your inbox, because that's the part that has to work before anything else matters. Once it's earning its keep we'll look at wiring it into whatever you run your jobs on.

My business isn't a trade. Is this still for me?

Probably, yes. The trades are where the missed-call problem is most obvious, because the calls are urgent and the jobs are worth real money. But clinics, salons, property managers, contractors and law firms all lose the same way — a call comes in, nobody picks up, and it's gone.

Tell us what you do on the first call. If it's not a fit we'll tell you rather than sell you a month you won't use.

What does getting started actually involve?

A 15-minute demo where you hear Havenline on your line. If you want to go ahead, you sign a simple contract and your first month is free — we don't bill until month two, which covers setup and script review.

No long-term commitment after that either. If it's not earning its keep, you cancel month to month.

How new is this company?

New. We're taking on a small number of first customers on purpose, because early on you get direct access to the person building your script instead of a support queue.

That cuts both ways and you should weigh it. The demo, and a free first month if you sign up, is how we make it a fair bet rather than an act of faith.

See it live before you decide
